Well, the weather was truly atrocious and I only expected to see a couple of the ‘stalwarts’ turn up but to my surprise and delight, we had three new couples and 9 Vizslak! We even braved leaving the cover of the woodland and going onto the beach, which is always a joyful sight, seeing lots of loopy Gingers running in and out of the surf! Most of the group joined us for lunch at the Crosshouse Inn afterwards for a well deserved and warming meal and the dried off and very tired Boyz and Girls had a snooze while we fed our faces! We had our usual collection for Viz Rescue and raised £43 so will be splitting the funds between HVS and HVC,. Pics to follow soon as everyone sends them onto me as we forgot our camera this time!
Can I say a big thank you to all the brave folk who did come and especially their Gingers who were quite oblivious to the rain and bounded and played as if the sun was shining!

ReplyDeleteA great was had and our 2 girls had such fun. Mango the wire puppy was sooo tired. They both had a lovely hot shower and then the fire, what bliss
